How much cashback will I get?

We give a recommended sliding scale, but it is up to the cash back realtor to provide a compelling proposal to you that should be a combination of cash back and the expertise and real estate knowledge that they can bring.

Typically, the percentage of the cash back realtor’s commission will be a percentage of their net commission.  This is their commission after they have paid fixed fees such as the percentage to their brokerage.  How much they need to pay to their brokerage will vary by realtor.

What service will you provide me?

While the cash back is obviously important – this website is Cashback Toronto after all – you should still expect excellent service to from your cash back realtor.  You should understand what reports your cashback realtor will send you.  Reports should reflect historic sales as well as new listings.  Your cashback realtor should also make you aware of important information about the area such as school catchment areas, future transit plans and anything else that may effect current and future property values.
