These are the cash back rates we recommend to all our real estate agents.

Of course, you are free to negotiate with your agent and your agent is free to negotiate with you.

Cashback Toronto is not a brokerage. We are a facilitation site that connects you with some of Toronto’s top real estate agents who give cash back.

1 Showing

50% of net commission rebated.

You do all the leg work. You just need an agent to paper your offer. You should get half of their commission.

6-10 Showings

30% of net commission rebated.

At this point, this is more like a traditional agent-client relationship. Hopefully you are gaining from your agent’s expertise (that’s why we work with the best!). You still deserve 30% though!

2-5 Showings

40% of net commission rebated.

Maybe you need to see a few homes outside of open houses. You should still get 40% of your agent’s net commission.

11 -20 Showings

20% of net commission rebated

Your agent is now spending a lot of time with you. They now like you so much, they insist you get 20%!
